BadWolf Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated brewery in Manassas, Virginia founded on June 28th, 2012 and the doors first opened on June 19th, 2013 making it the oldest brewery in Manassas and Prince William County. The co-founders, Jeremy and Sarah Meyers, were local residents who grew up in Northern Virginia. The couple were passionate about Craft Beer and believed in sharing it with others.
On May 1, 2019 BadWolf Brewing Company was purchased by Douglas Webb, a Captain of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue who retired after 33 years of service. He doubled the brewing system from a 1 BBL system to a Blichmann 2 BBL Hybrid Brewhouse , installed a new 8 tap beer dispenser and a large walk-in cooler for keg storage.
The ownership may have changed at BadWolf but not the philosophy. We take great pride in providing our community with delicious unfiltered and unpasteurized beer. We use all natural ingredients to make our beer as authentic as the community in which we live. We will still experiment with different flavors and styles. Some will be successful and some won’t but that is the fun of small batch craft beer.
